The idea
Clients don't hire logos. They hire people they trust.
DECODE wanted prospective clients to see who actually builds their software, and how those people think. So we put the team in front of the camera and let them talk.

01 / The challenge
Candid answers, without it feeling corporate or staged.
The brief: get candid, genuinely useful answers from every role in a software project, so prospects could see who actually builds their product and how those people think.
02 / Our approach
Nothing scripted.
We shot it as honest, sit-down interviews and let each person explain their craft in their own words.
Across seven episodes and thirteen people, the series captures how each role really thinks when a project is being built.
The cast
Every role that touches a software project, from the boardroom to the test suite.

03 / Why it works
People do business with people.
Putting real faces and unscripted opinions on camera lets a potential client meet the team and feel how they work long before the first sales call.
That human touch is what turns a reel into a relationship, and it's exactly why video does what a page of text never can.

04 / The outcome
A flagship series that keeps working.
Seven episodes, thirteen people, twenty-seven short-form cuts. Roles, Revealed now runs on DECODE's site, their YouTube channel, and across social.
We didn't set out to chase view counts and we didn't measure it that way. The goal was a library of honest, reusable material that keeps working long after a campaign would have stopped.
Audience one
Sales
Sent to prospects who want to know who they'd actually be working with.
Audience two
Recruitment
Sent to candidates who want to know what they'd be walking into.
Same footage, two audiences, one answer: here are the people.
